We can organise book launches for our authors. The venue for a launch could be at a bookshop, a restaurant, or at a private place such as a home or business. Depending on the author's requirements, we can also arrange a speaker to launch the book and we can provide suitable refreshments for the occasion.

A distinguished group of Sydney's legal leaders joined Club Members at the Union, University and Schools Club on Friday August 9, 2017, to celebrate the launch of former Appeals Court Judge John Bryson's book Bar, Bench & Land Law.

Keith Mason QC, AO, launched the book, telling some very funny stories about Gough Whitlam and Sir John Kerr.

A well-attended launch of Renate Yates's latest collection of short stories was held at Gleebooks on December 8, 2017. The audience enjoyed Australian film director, Bruce Beresford's anecotes as he launched the book. After the launch, many attendees went on to dinner at nearby Glebe restauran, Otto Noorbat.

THE SYDNEY & LONDON LAUNCHES OF GARSINGTON REVISITED

GARSINGTON REVISITED, a revised and updated version of Sandra J. Darroch's original biography of Lady Ottoline Morrel, had two launches in Sydney and one in London.

The first Sydney launch was at Gleebooks in Glebe on August 11, 2017, where the book and author were introduced by artist Paul Delprat aka Prince Paul of Wy, and on August 18, 2017, at the Union, University and Schools Club, where, once again, the book was introduced by Paul, who is an old friend of Sandra’s and who accompanied her on several of the interviews she did over 40 years ago for her original biography of Ottoline Morrell.

The book was launched in London on July 1, 2017 in an elegant reception room in William Goodenough House in Bloomsbury, not far from Ottoline's forermer residence at 44 Bedford Square.

THE AUSTRALIAN AND UK LAUNCH OF ROBERT DARROCH’S DH LAWRENCE’S 99 DAYS IN AUSTRALIA

Former Australian Minister for Foreign Affairs (and former Premier of NSW) Bob Car, launched Robert Darroch's DH Lawrence’s 99 Days in Australia, Vol 1, The Quest for Cooley and Vol 2: The Silvery Freedom…and the Horrible Paws” at the State Library of NSW on Thursday August 25, 2016.

LAUNCH OF A REPRINT OF THE LOST GIRL WITH NEW INFORMATION BY
SANDRA J. DARROCH

Sandra Jobson (Darroch) delivered her paper on September 14, 2016, at the D.H. Lawrence International Conference at St Ives, Cornwall, UK. She spoke about her literary discovery that Lawrence had based part of his character Alvina in his novel The Lost Girl on the New Zealand writer Katherine Mansfield, who had lived next door to him in Cornwall in 1916.
After the Conference, Sandra's book was launched in London and Sydney in October 2016..
